Our Policies
Cancellations:
Please give 48 hour notice prior to your appointment. Last minute cancellation of less than 48 hours may result in a 50-100% cancellation fee.
Running late:
If you are running late, please let us know ASAP via your stylist's booking link or email.
Retail returns:
Retail products may be exchanged for another product within 2 weeks of purchase if not satisfied. No refunds.
